Alkyl polyglycoside (APG) is a sort of products of grains and oils. It is named as 'Green
surfactant'for its outstanding surface activity and environmental effect. The preparations, characters
and applications of APG are introduced in this article. It offers deeper developments and applica-
tions of our agricultural resources.
