摘要
从中药岷当归 (Angelicasinensis)中用热水提取、乙醇沉淀、DEAE SephadexA 2 5柱层析分离得到多糖组分XC 1 ,凝胶色谱法测得分子量为 1 0× 1 0 5道尔顿 ,糖的组成分析表明XC 1只含葡萄糖 ,且经红外测定为α型葡萄糖 ,连接点分析证明葡萄糖主链是以 1 。
A polysaccharide XC 1 was obtained from \%Angelica sinensis\% (Oliv) Diels by extraction with hot water, then alcohol precipitation, and further purified through DEAE Sephadex A 25 column chromatography. The molecular weight from GPC was 1.0×10\+5. The composition and glycosidic linkage of XC 1 was assayed by the capillary gas chromatography of its acetylated and methylated derivatives, respectively. The results showed that the main chain of polysaccharide is composed of α 1,6 D glucose.
