摘要
蜜环菌粗多糖经溴代十六烷基三甲铵处理后分为可溶性部分和不溶性部分。不溶性部分经ＤＥＡＥ－ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＡ－２５柱层析得酸性纯多糖。可溶性部分经ＤＥＡＥ纤维素柱，Ｓｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅ６８柱层析得中性多糖。它们的分子量分别为１４０００，１８０００。中性多糖组成是甘露糖，葡萄糖，半乳糖，比例为１．７：５：１。酸性多糖组成是半乳糖，木糖，阿拉伯糖，岩藻糖，鼠李糖，比例为２．８：２．７１１：１．７：１；２，另外还含有半乳糖醛酸。
Treatment of the crude polysaccharide obtained from the fruit bodies of Amillariamellea(Van ex Fr) Quel with CTAB afforded insoluble and soluble fractions,Chromatography ofthe insoluble fraction on DEAE-Sephadex A-25 gave an acidic polysaccharide(APS),eluted with alinear gradient of NaCl.The soluble fraction was purified by DEAE-cellulose and subsequently bySepharose 6B column,gave a neutral polysaccharide(NPS).The average molecular weights ofNPS and APS were l4 000 and l8 000 respectively,The component of NPS was mannose,glucoseand galactose in molar ratio of l.7:5:1.APS contained galactose, xylose, arabinose, fucose,rhamnose in molar ratio of2.8:2.7:1:1.7:1. 2 and galacturonic acid。
