摘要
中药当归经热水提取、乙醇分级沉淀、ＤＥＡＥ纤维素和ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ１５０柱层析，得ＡｓⅢａ和ＡｓⅢｂ两个多糖级份。ＡｓⅢａ和ＡｓⅢｂ经醋酸纤维薄膜电泳、玻璃纤维纸电泳和凝胶柱层析分析，证明都是均一的，经琼脂糖凝胶柱层析测得ＡｓⅢａ和ＡｓⅢｂ的分子量分别为８５ＫＤ和４９ＫＤ左右。组成分析表明ＡｓⅢａ由葡萄糖组成，ＡｓⅢｂ由葡萄糖、甘露糖和阿拉伯糖组成，三者比为１０∶１０∶４。
The present paper dealt with the polysaccharide fractionated from the root of Angelica sinensis.Two of watersoluble polysaccharides,AsⅢa and AsⅢb,were gained by colum chromatography on DEAE cellulose and Sephadex G150.Both AsⅢa and AsⅢb were judged to be homogeneous by the techniques of colum chromatography and electrophoresis.AsⅢb contains glucose,mannose and arabinose,while AsⅢa contains glucose only.
