摘要
9α 羟基青蒿素由青蒿素经微生物Streptomycesgriseus (ATCC 132 73)转化而得到的一个新化合物 ,体外抗疟实验结果表明该化合物具有抗恶性疟原虫FCC 1/HN的活性。为制备足够量的 9α 羟基青蒿素供体内抗疟活性研究和结构改造用 ,我们对转化条件进行了优化。菌种S griseus在分别以玉米粉作为碳源或氮源、pH为 6 0且含Mn2 + 的培养基中 ,取样时间为 84h时 ,转化产生 9α 羟基青蒿素的得率表现为最高。
9α-hydroxyartemisinin was bioconverted from artemisinin by Streptomyces griseus (ATCC-13273)and has antimalarial activity to malarial FCC-1/HN in vitro The culture medium were screened to get enough 9α- hydroxy-artemisinin for antimalarial activity experiment in vivo or other purpose The results showed: the yields of 9α- hydroxyartemisinin was the highest when corn meal was taken both as carbon source or nitrogen source,pH 6 0,with Mn 2+ in the medium,and the inoculating time was 84 hours
