摘要
从土壤中分离到产生聚 β 羟基丁酸 (PHB)的菌株NS 82 # ,经过菌种形态和生理生化特征的研究初步确定为芽孢杆菌。经紫外光谱、红外光谱、气相色谱、核磁共振波谱测定粗提样品 ,结果同美国AldrichChemicalCompanyInc的标准品相似。
Poly-β-hydroxybutyric acid (PHB) produ c ing strain NS-82# which was isolated from the soil was identified to be Bacillus sp.The purified sample from fermentation was similar to t he standard sample produced by Aldric Chemical Company Inc after determinated wi th ultraviolet absorption,IR-absorption,gas chromatographiyc and nuclea r magnetic resonance analysis of polyesters.
