摘要
利用已知微生物 ,采用平板培养的方法对化学合成的聚 - β-羟基丁酸 (PHB)及生物发酵制备的 PHB进行生物降解性研究 ,测定了土壤中降解化学合成 PHB的微生物群体及种类 .结果表明 ,降解化学合成及生物制备 PHB的微生物主要为假单胞杆菌 ,在土壤中的群体较大 ;化学合成的 PHB降解程度强于生物发酵法制备的 PHB.
The biodegradation of PHB(poly (β hydroxybutyrate ))which were made by both chemical synthesis and fermentation ,respectively ,was studied using known microorganisms by plate culture method .Soil microbes which degrade PHB were identified and studied quantitatively .It was found that Pseudomonas spp.were the strongest microbe in degrading PHB ,and dominated the soil community of PHB degrading .generally,chemically synthesized PHB was more degradable by microbes than PHB made from fermentation.
