摘要
采用固相微萃取和气相色谱 -质谱联用技术分析了白兰花的香气成分 ,共分离了 114个色谱峰 ,鉴定了其中的 75个成分 ,占其香气成分的 97.2 6% .
The fragrance compounds of Michelia alba were isolated by solid phase microextraction and analyzed with GC/MS. The GC profile showed 114 peaks, within which 75 compounds were determined,which occupied 97.26%.
