摘要
采用紫外分光光度法建立了鱼腥草口服液中鱼腥草素的含量测定方法,其加样回收率为98.95%,RSD为0.497%。此法简单、快捷,准确可靠,可作为控制该制剂质量的方法。
A method of measuring the content of decanoyl acetaldehyde by UV photometer in Yuxingcao oral liquid (drug extracted from Houttuynia cordata Thunb.) was established with recovery being 98.95% and RSDbeing 0.497% respectively. This method can be used for quality control of this liquid drug owing to its simple, reliable and high precision characteristics.
