摘要
建立了以气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析化妆品中苔黑醛和氯化苔黑醛的方法,采用甲醇进行提取,用中等极性毛细管柱(DB-17MS)分离并采用质谱检测器(MS)测定。结果表明苔黑醛和氯化苔黑醛在1~100 mg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,决定系数(r2)均大于0.995。方法的检出限为2 mg/kg,在5、10和50 mg/kg 3个加标水平下的平均回收率为81.3%~103.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.7%~8.6%。方法简便、灵敏,加标回收率和重现性良好,可适用于化妆品中苔黑醛和氯化苔黑醛的检测及其含量水平的普查。
A method for determination of atranol and chloroatranol in cosmetics was established. After extraction using methanol,atranol and chloroatranol,the samples were separated on medium polarity column( DB-17MS) and detected by MS. There were good linear relationships( r2 0. 995) for the concentration of atranol and chloroatranol in the range of 1 to 1 000 mg / L. The determination limit was 2 mg / kg and the recoveries ranged from 81. 3% to 103. 2% with relative standard deviations( RSDs) of 1. 7% to 8. 6% at the spiked levels of 5,10 and 50 mg / kg. This method is simple,rapid and accurate,and suitable for the determination of atranol and chloroatranol in cosmetics.
