摘要
在广泛调研基础上 ,提出了考核铁路保价运输管理与服务质量的评价指标体系 ,并采用模糊综合评判方法对我国铁路运输管理与服务质量进行评价 ,以期达到促进铁路保价运输工作的目的 .
Based on the wide investigation, this paper presents an evaluation indices system to examine the management and service quality of railway transportation of insurance amount with fuzzy evaluation method to promote the standard railway transportation of insurance amount.
