摘要
利用系统工程方法,以铁路货运事故处理工作为背景,相关铁路规章制度为依据,建立了铁路货运事故处理质量评价指标体系,并运用满意评价法设计了相关的满意度函数,最终实现铁路货运事故处理质量的满意评价。
By means of system engineering, taking the railway freight transport
accident as background and by referring to relevant railway regulations, the
satisfactory evaluation system for railway freight transport accident handling is
created. Then relevant satisfactory functions are developed with satisfactory
evaluation method. Eventually, the satisfactory evaluation on railway freight
transport accident handling can be realized.
