摘要
通过对东北某大城市实际火灾情况的调查分析，针对不同类型的建筑物，分别给出了单位建筑面积月起火率的概率分布模型，并在此基础上探讨了单位建筑面积年起火率和５０年起火率的概率分布问题。最后，对建筑物火灾的几个特点进行了初步分析．
Based on the investigation of fire disasters in a certain city in the Northeast China, the probability distribution models of fire occurrence for a period of one month were given for different types of building. Then, the probability distribution models of fire occurrence for a period of one year and 50 years were discussed. Finally, several characteristics of building fire were analyzed.
