摘要
目的 :进一步了解舍曲林 (左洛复 )治疗强迫症的疗效。方法 :对 3项公开发表的论文以及1项自己研究论文的结果作Meta分析。结果 :综合检验 :Z =6 ,P <0 .0 1,说明左洛复对强迫症治疗前后的量表评分有显著性的降低 ;d =0 .875 ,提示这种治疗效应较大。结论 :左洛复对强迫症有明显的治疗作用 。
Objective:To explore efficacy of sertraline in treating obsessive compulsive symptoms.Methods:Three articles that had been published and one article that was writen by himself were Summarized by meta\|analysis.Results:By complex testing:Z=6, P <0.01.Sertraline was effective to treat obsessive compulsive symptoms;d=0.875,that suggested that sertraline had better efficacy.Conclusions:Sertraline was effective to treat obsessive compulsive symptoms.
