摘要
国家助学贷款已于 2 0 0 0年在高校全面启动 ,引起了强烈反响 ,成为全社会关注的热点。在实施过程中 ,学生、学校、银行和国家针对各自所承担的不同权利与义务 ,表现出各不相同的态度 ,也暴露出一些问题。加强对推行国家助学贷款中存在问题的研究 ,并提出相应的对策和建议 ,有助于此项工作顺利及深入地开展。
The state grant in aid program, which was initiated in 2000 in China universities, has aroused strong echoes and become a major concern of people from all walks of life. In implementing the project, students, universities, banks and the government show different attitudes toward their own rights and obligations, and thus problems have arisen. Enhancing the research on the problems resulting from implementing the state grant in aid program and putting forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures will surely contribute to the smooth accomplishment of this project.
