摘要
为了探讨麝香保心丸对动物心肌缺血再灌性损伤的保护作用，本文采用wistar大鼠建立缺血再灌损伤模型，测定了心肌坏死面积，心脏血流动力学等指标，实验结果表明：预防性给予麝香保心丸具有缩小心肌坏死面积（P＜0．01）；提高Vmax，Vce40（P＜0．05）。
To study the effects of Shexiangbaoxin Pills on Ischemic reperfused myocardium, theauthors employed a rat model of reperfusion injury(n= 20) and measured the necrotic areaand dynamic indexes. The results indicated that Shexiangbaoxin Pills could reduced thenecrotic area (p<0. 01 ),and increase Vmax, Vce4O and dp/dtmax. (p<0. 05 )
