摘要
研究了在培养基中添加蕃茄汁、花生油、 VB2、 VB1、 VC和植酸等 6种添加物对红酵母细胞生长及其类胡萝卜素合成的影响。结果表明:适量添加蕃茄汁、花生油、 VB2和 VB1均可明显提高类胡萝卜素的产率,在所试浓度范围内这 4种添加物最高可使类胡萝卜素产率比对照组分别提高 34 36%、 17 28%、 11 27%和 8 3%,其对应的添加浓度依次为 2 6mL/L、 1mL/L、 3 5mg/L和 2 2mg/L。
The effects of VB1,VB2,Vc,phytic acid,peanut oil and tomato juice on the growth,carotenoids content and fermentation yield of Rhodotorula sp.were studied.The experimental data showed that optimal concentrations of tomato juice,peanut oil,VB2 and VB1 increased carotenoids production.The carotenoids yield of Rhodotorula sp.was increased by 34.36% due to 2. 6mL/L tomato juice in the media,and 17. 28% due to 1mL/L peanut oil,11. 27% due to 3. 5mg/L VB2,8. 3% due to 2. 2mg/L VB1.
