摘要
从沼泽绿蛙的皮肤中经提取、分离得到蛙皮活性提取物(RGAE),分高、低剂量(0.45g/kg,0.22g/kg)灌胃给予高血脂小鼠一周。结果显示能明显降低高血脂症小鼠血清和肝脏的甘油三酯含量,与高血脂对照组相比,分别降低21.6%和18.9%;45.6%和36.8%,高剂量组还使血清和肝脏的总胆固醇含量分别比对照组降低26.8%和13.8%。明显降低血清低密度脂蛋白的量,比对照组降低40.9%,可提高血清高密度脂蛋白与胆固醇的值,比对照组提高33.3%。RGAE还可明显减轻四氯化碳所致肝损伤,小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶活力高剂量组比对照组降低29.1%。

effect of active extracts of Rana guentheri skin(RGAE)and protective activi-ty against liver injury
were studied in mouse. The result showed,at the doses of 0.22g and 0.45g/kg,by P. O.
administration, RGAE decreased the serum and liver triglycerlues (TG) by 21.6 and 18.9%; 45.6
and 36.8%respectively, compared with HL control group. with a dose of 0.45g/kg,it al-so
decreased the serum and liver total cholesteral content(TC),the serum LDL content by
26.8%and13.8%;40.9%;increased the rate of HDL/TC 27.2%, compared with HL control group.
RGAE al-so exhibited the inhibition of the increased SGer caused by carbon tetrachloride by
30%, comparedwith the control group.
