摘要 波叶大黄多糖(150和300 mg/kg,ig)可明显抑制小鼠肿瘤S180的生长,抑瘤率分别为40%和48%,小鼠ig 100和200 mg/kg,对^(60)Coγ射线辐射损伤有保护作用,死亡率分别降低30%和35%,平均寿命分别增加26%和39%;对环磷酰胺所致小鼠白细胞减少和骨髓微核率增加具有对抗作用,对白细胞下降的对抗率分别为32.6%和51.3%,对骨髓微核率增加的对抗率分别为15.7%和31.6%。小鼠ip 100和200 mg/kg,可明显抑制角叉菜胶引起的足肿胀,抑制率均为78.4%;对CCl_4所致小鼠肝损伤具有保护作用,SGPT分别降低30.4%和32.0%,小鼠ig 100和200 mg/kg,可明显降低正常小鼠血糖,给药7 h后血糖分别降低20.6%和43.8%。小鼠ip100和200 mg/kg,可降低四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠的血糖,给药后7 h,血糖分别降低53.2%和57.9%。小鼠ip LD_(50)为885.6±128.1mg/kg。 Rheum hotaoense polysaccharide (RHP) markedly inhibited the growth of tumor S180, with the doses of ig 150 and 300 mg/kg, and the percentages of inhibition were 40% and 48% respectively. RHP showed a remarkable antifree-radical effect on ^(60)Co radiation in mice, with the doses of ig 100 and 200 mg/kg, the mortalities were reduced by 30% and 35% and the average survival times were increased by 26% and 39% respectively as compared with control group. RHP showed a remarkable antagonistic action to leukopenia and the increase of frequency of micronuclei caused by cyclophophamide, with the doses of ig 100 and 200 mg/kg; The antagonistic rates were 33% and 51%, 16% and 32% respectively. RHP reduced the blood glucose level of normal mice and alloxan-induced diabetic mice. With the doses of ig and ip 100 and 200 mg/kg, the blood glucose level was reduced by 20.6% and 43.8% in normal mice, and 53.2% and 57.9% in alloxan-induced mice respectively. With the doses of ip 100 and 200 mg/kg, RHP had antiinflammatory effect on the hindpad swelling in mice induced by carrageenan, the percentages of inhibition were both 78%. RHP, with the doses of ip 100 and 200 mg/kg, also exhibited a remarkable inhibition of the increased SGPT caused by carbon tetrachloride, and the percentage of inhibition were 30% and 32% respectively. The acute LD_(50) of RHP by ip administration in mice was 885.6±128.1 mg/kg.
