摘要
目的 研究苦荞麦中提取的类黄酮物质对血脂的影响。方法 按照参考文献方法建立高血脂模型 ,分组给药并且测定血清胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、肝甘油三酯及血糖 (GLU)。结果 苦荞类黄酮可以使高血脂小鼠的甘油三酯水平和高血脂大鼠的胆固醇及甘油三酯水平明显降低 ,但是不降低二者的高密度脂蛋白水平。结论 苦荞类黄酮具有降血脂作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of flavonoids of tatary buckwheat on serum lipids. Methods The hyperlipaemia animal model was established according to the reference. The mice and rats were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The contents of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), hepatic triglyceride and blood glucose were determined. Results Flavonoids of tatary buckwheat reduced the level of TG of hyperlipaemic mice and the levels of TC and TG of hyperlipaemic rats significantly. But no effect was found on the content of HDL-C. Conclusion Tatary buckwheat can lower the level of serum lipids.
