摘要 目的 观察Nestin免疫活性在成年大鼠基底前脑中的表达和分布 ,并探讨其与胆碱能神经元之间的关系。方法 采用免疫组化方法对成年大鼠基底前脑的切片进行nestin免疫组化染色及其与ChAT ,NADPH d双标染色。结果 在成年大鼠基底前脑的隔斜角带复合体有一个连续的nestin免疫阳性细胞带 ,胞体较大 ,梭形或多极形 ,有 2~ 4个突起。双标染色显示 ,Nestin阳性神经元与ChAT ,NADPH d阳性神经元间杂分布 ,大多数不呈交叉反应 ,只有少数 ,约 10 %呈双标染色。结论 成年大鼠基底前脑存在一个有别于胆碱能神经元的nestin免疫阳性神经元簇 ,其化学属性和生物学意义有待进一步研究。 Objective To observe the morphology and distribution of nestin immunoreactive neurons in the medial septum diagonal band complex of adult rat basal forebrain and to investigate the relationship between nestin immunoreactive neuron and cholinergic neuron. Methods The nestin immunohistochemical staining was taken on the sections of basal forebrain of adult rats. The morphology and distribution of the nestin immunoreactive neurons and the double labeled nestin/ChAT or nestin/NADPH d neurons were observed under light microscope.Results The nestin immunoreactive neurons were found presented in the MS DB complex of the basal forebrain of adult rats. These nestin immunoreactive neurons have big cell body, 2~4 processes. The large majority of the nestin immunoreactive neurons were single stained, and only 10% were double labeled with ChAT or NOS positive neurons. Two kinds of neurons intermingled with each other in the MS DB complex.Conclusion There was a new cluster of nestin immunoreactive neurons existed in adult rat basal forebrain which was different from the cholinergic neurons. The biological significance of these nestin positive neurons was worthy of studying further.
