摘要
本实验采用免疫组织化学方法研究了促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)和β-内啡肽(EP)在大鼠脑斜角带(DBB)的分布及相互关系。实验发现,DBB垂直带的背内侧和腹内侧含许多GnRH神经元和纤维。垂直带的背侧含较多的5-HT纤维。EP纤维主要位于水平带的外侧,这一区域也含较多的TH纤维。首次在大鼠DBB垂直带的腹内侧发现TH神经元,此区域也分布有GnRH神经元和5-HT纤维。结果表明,DBB可分五个亚区,并且DBB可能是递质和脑肽直接调节GnRH分泌的重要部位。
Distribution and relationships of gonadotropin-relea- sing hormone (GnRH), serotonin (5-HT),tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and beta-endorphin(EP)were studied by immunohistochemical method in diagonal band of Broca(DBB) of rat brains.The studieds showed that a dense plexue of GnRH neurons and fibers was found in the dorsomedial and the ventromedial areas of the vertical limb of DBB (VDBB).A lot of 5-HT positive axons were distributed in the dorsal area of VDBB.EP positive axons were mainly located in the lateral area of the horizontal limb of DBB (HDBB), in which TH positive fibers overlapped with EP axons.TH positive neurons were first found in the ventromedial area of VDBB where a lot of GnRH neurons and 5-HT fibers were present.These results indicate that DBB includes five immunohistochemically distinct lamianted subfields,and DBB is the superior centre in which trans+ mitters and peptides can directly control GnRH secretion.
