摘要
MEMS CAD( CAD used in Micro-Electro-Mechanical System )的发展还处在一个初级阶段 ,是否能站在一个高起点上主要取决于对该领域相似问题的认识程度和对新技术的掌握程度。通过吸取传统CAD软件系统设计的经验 ,针对其中出现的几点重要性能 :语言无关性、平台无关性、模块的独立性、网络运用的稳定性 ,提出了构建于 CORBA( Common Object Request Broker Architecture)规范之上的分布式 MEMS
WT5BZ]The development of CAD used in micro electro mechanical system software is still in an initial stage.How to start on a high point depends on the degree of acquaintanceship to the previous analogous system and to the current technology. By assimilating the past CAD system designing experience,this paper puts forward a distributed CAD software scheme based on the standard of CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture) focusing on language independency, platform independency,model independency and network performance stability.
