摘要 为解决经纬股份有限公司与其各子公司之间的沟通与协调问题,达到成套设备协同制造的目的,提出了一种棉纺装备协同制造平台。该制造平台包括协同产品开发平台、协同管理平台和协同执行平台;给出了协同制造平台的企业应用集成技术、工作流管理技术、企业服务总线技术、数据协同技术等关键技术,实现了产业链上供应商、集团内各公司、客户的协同应用,进一步提升了企业自主创新能力和核心竞争力。 To deal with communication and coordination problems between Jingwei Texile Machinery Corp. and its subordinates, and to realize collaborative manufacturing of equipments, a collaborative manufacturing platform was proposed for textile machinery, including collaborative product development platform, collaborative management platform and collaborative execution platform. Key technologies of collaborative manufacturing platform, such as enterprise application integration technology, workflow Management technology, enterprise Service bus technology, and data collaboration technology etc. were also provided. The platform realized collaborative application among suppliers, companies and users. It increased innovation and core competitiveness for enterprises.
