摘要
在微系统的研究和设计中，计算机辅助设计软件工具的开发是一个非常重要的研究领域。讨论了微系统ＣＡＤ的系统模型层次，介绍了一些重要的ＣＡＤ项目的研究现状，并指出了微系统专用ＣＡＤ研究中存在的两个关键问题。
The development of CAD tool used in the research and design of microsystems is very important. The modeling levels of a CAD system is discussed in this paper, the research situation of several CAD program at present is introduced, and also two essential problems existing in this research area are pointed out.
