摘要
目的 探讨二硫化碳 (CS2 )对邻菲罗啉化学发光体系中羟自由基 (·OH)产生的影响。方法 应用邻菲罗啉化学发光体系观察不同浓度CS2 的发光动力学曲线、硫脲对发光强度的抑制作用及无CuSO4 和维生素C时CS2 对该体系的影响。结果 随CS2 浓度 (0、2 0、40、80、12 0、16 0mg/ml)的增高 ,发光动力曲线峰值增大 (r=0 .95 5 ,R2 =0 .913,P =0 .0 0 3) ,峰时提前 (r=- 0 .92 7,R2 =0 .86 0 ,P=0 .0 0 8) ,有剂量 -效应关系。硫脲对CS2 诱导的发光强度均有抑制作用 ,但抑制率随CS2 浓度的增高而减小 (r=- 0 .816 ,R2 =0 .6 6 6 ,P =0 .0 48)。当体系中无CuSO4 和维生素C存在时 ,CS2 仍能使发光峰值增高。结论 CS2
Objective To clarify the effects of carbon disulfide(CS 2) on hydroxyl free radical(·OH) generation in phenanthroline chemiluminescence system(Phen system). Methods The dynamic curve of various concentrations of CS 2,the quenching effect of thiourea on chemiluminescence intensity and the influence of CS 2 on Phen system without CuSO 4 and Vit C were observed with phenanthroline chemiluminescence system. Results CS 2 could enhance the emission intensity of chemiluminescence and advance the peak time.It had dose effect relationship between CS 2 concentrations (0,10,40,80,120,160 mg/ml) and chemiluminescence peak ( r =0.955, R 2=0.913, P =0.003),as well as CS 2 concentrations and peak time( r =-0.927, R 2=0.860, P =0.008).The enhanced chemiluminescence induced by CS 2 could be quenched by thiourea but the inhibition rate of it reduced along with the increasing of CS 2 concentration( r =-0.816, R 2= 0.666, P =0.048).When the system were free of CuSO 4 and Vit C,CS 2 could also induce the emission of luminous intensity. Conclusion CS 2 could induce the generation of hydroxyl free radicals and advance the peak time in Phen system.
