摘要
本文研究和确定了氢化物原子荧光光谱法检测水产品中汞的适宜检测条件 ,建立了 V2 O5-HNO3-H2 O2消解体系 ,并以硫脲作为掩蔽剂 ,低浓度硼氢化钾为还原剂。本方法线性范围为 0— 80μg/L;相关系数 r≥ 0 .9997;检出限为 0 .0 0 5 μg/L;相对标准偏差为 0 .89%— 2 .64 % ;回收率为 95 .7%— 1 0 4 .3 % 。
A method for determination of trace mercury in aquatic products by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry is reported.The operation conditions of hydride generation were researched and the instrument parameters were optimized.The samples were dissolved by vanadium pentoxide,nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide.The thiourea was used as a masking agent.The low concentration of potassium borohydride was used as reducing agent.In the conditions,the linear range of determination is 0-80μg/L,detection limit is 0.005μg/L,the relative standard deviation and recovery in the range of 0.89%-2.64%,and 95.7%-104.3%,respectively.It has been applied to the determination of trace mercury in aquatic products samples with satisfactory results.
