摘要
介绍了烘烤硬化的微观机理及板材烘烤硬化特性的测定方法 ,针对宝钢生产的BTH3 4 0烘烤硬化板 ,测定了其烘烤硬化值 ,并通过试验系统地研究了工艺参数预变形、烘烤温度和烘烤时间对其烘烤硬化特性的影响。试验结果表明BTH3 4 0烘烤板具有良好的烘烤硬化性。
The micro mechanism and measurement method of the bake kardenability wwas described in detail,and the influences of prestrain,baking time and temperature on bake hardenability were studied experimentally for BTH340 steels made in Shanghai Baoshan Iron & Steel Corporatin.The experiment shows that a good bake hardenability can be expected for BTH340 steel sheet.
