600MPa级冷轧连续退火双相钢临界区加热温度研究 被引量:7

Study on critical region reheating temperature of cold rolled and continuous annealed DP600 steel

摘要 应用光亮连续退火模拟实验机,在300℃过时效的工艺条件下,通过连续退火实验研究了临界区加热温度对600 MPa级冷轧连续退火双相钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,临界区加热温度越高,第二相组织(贝氏体和岛状马氏体)数量越多,贝氏体组织越粗大,岛状马氏体数量越少;临界加热温度越高,试验钢的强度越高,伸长率越低,屈强比越高;在所设定工艺下,临界区加热温度为780℃时,试验钢的综合力学性能最优。 Effect of critical reheating temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cold rolled and heat treated DP600 steels overaging at 300 ℃ was researched by continuous annealing process which was performed on bright and continuous annealing simulator. The results show that the higher critical reheating temperature, the higher volume fraction of second phase,the lower island-like martensite content and the more massive bainite in the microstructurc. Strength and yield ratio improve while elongation decreases with critical reheating temperature increasing. Tested steels obtain optimal comprehensive mechanical properties when critical reheating temperature reaches 780 ℃ within designing annealing temperature.
