合金元素对双相钢(F+M)时效行为的影响 被引量:3

EFFECT OF ALLOYING ELEMENTS ON THE BEHAVIOR OF AGING OF DUAL PHASE STEELS

摘要 研究了几种合金元素对双相钢时效行为的影响,结果表明:时效过程中,合金元素扩散极为有限;超过70℃时效后拉伸曲线上将出现不连续屈服,出现不连续屈服的时间与所含合金元素的品种有关。计算表明,含 Al,si,Mn,Cr 合金元素的双相钢时效激活能均大于 C、N在铁素体中的扩散激活能,说明时效过程不仅与 C、N 原子在铁素体中的扩散有关,而且和位错的交互作用有关。 Effect of alloying elements on aging behaviour of dual-phase ste- els was investigated.The experimental results show that diffusion of alloying elements is negligible during aging.After aging at temperature higher than 70℃,discontinuous yielding is appeared on the stress-strain curve,and the time for appearing discontinuous yielding is related to variety of alloying elements. The calculated results show that the activation energy for aging process of dual phase steels containing Al,Si,Mn,Cr is higher than that for diffusion of C,N in ferrite.It is suggested that the higher value of activation energy is not only attributed to the diffusion of C,N in ferrite,but also to the interaction of C,N atoms with dislocation.
