摘要
目的 :探讨一氧化氮与牙髓组织自身修复潜能的可能关系。方法 :采用黄递酶组织化学的方法 ,观察人正常、外伤及炎症牙髓组织中一氧化氮合酶的分布特征 ,并采用图像分析的方法 ,进行半定量研究。结果 :NOS阳性反应的产物呈深蓝色均质沉淀 ,在牙髓组织中主要分布于成牙本质细胞层、血管内皮细胞以及神经纤维的Schwann’s细胞。这种染色在龋病、外伤时有不同程度的增强 ,而在炎症时则减弱。结论 :在牙髓组织的成牙本质细胞和未分化间充质细胞中存在L -Arg -NO途径 ;NO对于维持牙髓组织自身稳定 。
AIM: To study the relationship between the potential ability of pulpal self-repair and NOS. METHODS: NADPH histochemical method was performed to detect the distribution of NOS in normal,traumatic and inflammatory human pulp. Difference of the amount of NOS was determined by Medical Image Analysis System. RESULTS: The positive stain of NOS was mainly distributed in the odontoblast cell layer,Schwann’s and vascular endothelial cells of normal human pulp. Significantly higher levels of NOS were found in pulp of carious tooth and traumatic pulp, but lower in inflammatory pulp. CONCLUSIONS: L-Arg-NO pathway is involved in the odontoblast and mesenchymal cells;NO may be of great significance in maintaining the stabilization and functional roles of pulp and be related to the potential ability of pulp self-repair.
