正常和龋病牙髓中血管内皮细胞的免疫组化研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察龋病发展进程中,血管内皮细胞对龋源性刺激的反应。方法:采用von Willebrand's Factor标记正常和龋病牙髓中的血管内皮细胞,进行了定性和定量分析。结果:龋病牙髓中vWF阳性的血管增多,牙本质龋各组和正常组之间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:血管内皮细胞在维持牙髓自身稳定和修复中起重要作用。 To observe the response of endothelial cells to the stimuli of dentinal tubule-derived caries during the development of caries. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was performed with anti-vWF as the marker of endothelial cells in normal and carious dental pulp. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the positive vessels was carried out. Results:The number of vWF-positive vessel increased in dental pulp of the carious teeth, and there was a significant difference between dentinal carious groups and the normal group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Endothelial cell plays an important role in hemostasis and repair of dental pulp.
