人前磨牙牙髓牙本质复合体的eNOS、iNOS免疫组化研究

摘要 目的 研究内皮型与诱生型一氧化氮合酶 (eNOS与iNOS)在牙髓牙本质复合体的表达 ,探讨其分布与功能的关系。方法 收集新鲜健康的人前磨牙 60个 ,固定、脱钙、石蜡包埋、切片 ,eNOS、iNOS的SABC法免疫组织化学染色。结果 eNOS阳性免疫反应物出现于牙髓血管内皮细胞、部分平滑肌细胞、成牙本质细胞 ;在部分牙髓血管内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞及神经纤维可见少量iNOS免疫阳性反应物。结论 eNOS在牙髓血管内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞、成牙本质细胞表达 ,提示eNOS在牙髓血流调节和牙本质的形成中起重要作用 ;在牙髓牙本质复合体的部分血管内皮细胞、神经纤维有少量iNOS表达 。 Objective The expression of eNOS and iNOS in dental pulpodentinal complex of human premolar was studied to find out the relationship of distribution and function of eNOS and iNOS . Methods 60 fresh and healthy premolar were collected, fixed, decalcified, embedded in paraffin and sliced. The slices were treated by immunohistochemical reaction of eNOS or iNOS . Results eNOS immunoreactivity was observed in vascular endothelial cells, some smooth muscle cells and odontoblast; iNOS immunoreactivity was observed in some endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells of vascule and some never fibers in pulp and predentin. Conclusion The appearance of eNOS in the wall of vessel and odontoblast cells in pulpodentinal complex suggests that eNOS may play an important role in pulp flow regulation and dentin production and its calcifying . The expression of iNOS in vascular cells and never fibers suggests that iNOS may take part in the function of pulpodentinal complex under normal condition.
