二磷酸果糖反应液经钙盐沉淀、H+ 型阳离子树脂脱钙 ,于 p H 2 .0上 Am berlite IR- 40 0 Cl- 型强碱性阴离子交换柱 ,p H 2 .0的 0 .0 1m ol/ L Na Cl洗杂 ,以无机磷的洗脱与消失监测除杂效果 ,在此条件下可获得高纯度产品。
Fructose 1,6 diphosphate with high purity was obtained using Amberlite IR 400 Cl - resin from anion exchange chromatography with a solution of pH 2.0 0.01 mol/L NaCl to remove other metabolites of glycolysis and phosphorus from the crude product (dicalcium salt). The process of removing impurities was determined by observing the reduction and disappearance of phosphorus in the eluate.
