摘要
1,6-二磷酸果糖在治疗心血管疾病方面已得到广泛的应用。为了建立应用固定化微生物细胞将蔗糖转化为1,6-二磷酸果糖的方法,本文进行了1,6-二磷酸果糖产生菌的筛选和最佳培养条件的研究。在所筛选的微生物细胞中,菌株8912具有较高的产1,6-二磷酸果糖酶系活力。最适培养条件为:麦芽汁培养基糖度为12柏林,培养温度28℃,pH6.5。
FDP has been extensively used in treating cardiovascular disease. In order to establish an efficient process for transformation from sucrose to FDP using immobilized microbial cells, several strains were selected and the cultural conditions were studied. Among the strains tested, strain 8912 showed the higher ability to produce FDP. The most optimal medium for the strain 8912 was composed of malt extract medium 12 Brix with pH 6.5 and its cultural temperatuer was 28℃.
