摘要
采用溴化氰化学修饰法制备抗HSA -微晶纤维素固相抗体 .对制备条件进行了优化 ,以修饰温度 2 0℃、抗体浓度 3.5mg/mL为固定化最佳条件 ;并对固相抗体进行了扫描电镜测定。
Anti-human serum albumin(Anti-HSA) was immobilized on microcrystalline cellulose activated by CNBr. The experimental conditions were optimized. The optimum temperature and concentration of the antibodies for immobilization were 20℃ and 3.5mg/mL, respectively. The immobilized antibody were determined by SEM and applied in fluoroimmunoassay.
