摘要
本文提出用硫胺素-高碘酸钠作为指示反应,流动注射光导纤维动力学荧光法测定痕量锰.检测限达 0.4 ng/mL;相对标准偏差小于 1%;采样频率为 45样次/h.用于直接测定纯铝及铝合金的痕量锰,结果满意.
The fluosescence spectrophotometric determination of trace manganese ( Ⅱ ) by optical fiber kinetic method with FIA was developed using sodium periodate and thiamine as an indicating reaction. The instability of thiamine as a kinetic fluorescent indicator has been overcome. The detection limit of manganese ( Ⅱ ) is 4. 0×10-10 g/mL, and the linear relationship between the fluoresence intensity and the concentration of manganese ( Ⅱ ) is found in the range of 0. 0082-1. 0 ug/mL; the relative standard deviation is less than 1%, and the sampling speed is 45 samples/h. The proposed method can directly be applied to the determination of manganese in aluminum and aluminum alloy.
