摘要
用SE—54毛细管柱GC—MS联用技术分析了新疆木香(Inula helenium L.)挥发油的化学成分,初步鉴定了其中31个化合物,占挥发油色谱峰总面积的79.78%,主要成分为土木香内酯(10.14%),异土木香内酯(6.88%),β-榄香烯(7.56%),香橙烯(5.70%),夙毛菊内酯(5.50%),肉豆寇醚(4.71%)及二氢异土木香内酯(3.78%)等。
Chemical constituents of essential oil from Xinjiang Muxiang(Raix of Inula helenium LI) were studied by GC-MS/DS combination on SE-54 column(0.25mm 30m). 31 Components were identifed. The total content of wnich in the essential oil was found to be 79.73%. Among them the major constituents are Alantolactone(10.14%), Isoalantolactone(6.88%), β-Elemene(7.50%), Aromadedrene(5.70%), Myristicin(4.70%), Saussureelactone(5.50%),and Dinydro-isoalantolactone(3.73%).
