摘要
用SE—54毛细管柱GC—MS联用技术分析了新疆木香(Inula helenium)挥发油的化学成分,初步鉴定了其中31个化合物,占挥发油色谱峰总面积的79.78%,主要成分为土木香内酯(10.14%),异土木香内酯(6.88%),β-榄香烯(7.56%),香橙烯(5.70%),夙毛菊内酯(5.50%),肉豆蔻醚(4.71%)及二氢异土木香内酯(3.78%)等。
Chemical constituents of essential oils from roots of Inula helenium L. were studied by GC-MS/DS combination on SE-54 column (0.25mm ×30 m). 31 components were identified. The total content of which in the essential oils was found to be 79.78%. Among them the major constituents are Alantolactone (10.14%), Isoalantolactone (6.88%), β-Elemane(7.50%), Aromadedrene (5.70%), Myristicin (4.70%), Saussurealactone (5.50%) and Dihydro-isoalantolactone (3.78%).
