摘要
采用加速溶剂萃取法提取、紫外分光光度法测定长白山野生泥胡菜中的总黄酮含量,用原子吸收分光光度法对泥胡菜中的K、Ca、Na、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn 8种元素含量进行分析测定。结果表明:长白山泥胡菜中含有较高的总黄酮和丰富的微量元素。试验结果为野生泥胡菜资源的开发利用奠定了科学的理论依据。
The power of Hemisteptia lyrata Bunge in Changbai Mountain was extracted by ASE,and the content of total flavone was determined by ultrviolet spectrophotometry.The contents of eight trace elements in cluding potassium,natrium,calcium,magnesium,copper,zinc,iron,manganese were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The results showed that there were high total flavone and rich trace elements.Among which were comparatively high potassium,calcium,magnesium,natrium, iron in Hemisteptia lyrata Bunge. It provided theoretical basis for the further research on wild Hemisteptia lyrata Bunge in Changbai Mountain.
