摘要
为口腔卫生用品卫生学研究及安全性评价提供科学依据 ,对口腔卫生用品中甲硝唑浓度测定方法进行研究。用超纯水溶解膏状和液体样品 ,经离心、过滤后以高效液相色谱定量。标准溶液在 2 .0~ 40 .0 μg/ ml浓度范围内相关系数 r=0 .9999;膏状和液体样品的平均回收率为 10 0 .2 8%~ 10 2 .6 5 % ;日间相对标准偏差分别为 2 .88%、1.42 % ;日内相对标准偏差为 2 .6 9%、0 .87% ;样品最小检测浓度分别为 0 .0 2 mg/ g和 0 .0 1mg/ g。该方法具有简便、快速、准确度好、灵敏度高等优点 ,适宜大批量样品的测定。
To provide scientific basis for the hygienic research and assessment of safety of the articles for oral health,the method for determining of metronidazole in articles for oral health was studied in this paper The pasty and liquid samples were dissolved in highly purified water.After centrifugation and filtration,metronidazole in samples was quantified by high performance liquid chromatography The standard solution had a linear relationshp in the range of 2 0~40 0 μg/ml metronidazole (r=0 9999) The average recovery rates of metronidazole in pasty and liquid samples ranged from 100 28% to 102 65%,and its standard relative deviations were 2 88% and 1 42% day by day,2 69% and 0 87% in a day respectively The lowest detectable concentration of metronidazole was 0 02 mg/g for pasty samples and 0 01 mg/g for liquid samples This assay was simple,rapid,accurate and highly sensitive,so it was suitable for quantitative analysis of a great number of samples
