摘要
目的 :建立RP HPLC测定甲硝唑含漱液中甲硝唑的含量。方法 :在SpherisorbC18柱上 ,以甲醇 水 冰醋酸 (2 0∶80∶0 .1)为流动相 ,紫外检测波长 317nm ,外标法定量。结果 :甲硝唑线性范围 5 0~ 40 0 μg·ml 1,回归方程为Y =1 15 95×10 6X - 1 2 312× 10 4 ,r=0 .9999(n =7) ;平均加样回收率为 10 1.6 0 % ,RSD =1.76 % (n =5 )。结论 :该方法简便、快速。
OBJECTIVE:A RP HPLC method for the quantitation of metronidazole in its gargle was established. METHODS: RP HPLC analysis was carried out by using Spherisorb C 18 column and methanol water glacial acetic acid (20∶80∶0.1)as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 317 nm. The concentration of metronidazole was quantified by external standard method. RESULTS: The method was linear within the range of 50~400 μg·ml 1 , the regression equation was Y=1 1595×10 6X-1 2312×10 4, r =0.9999 ( n =7), the average recovery of the sample was 101.60% ( n =5), and RSD was 1.76 % ( n =5).CONCLUSION: The method is convenient, quick and reproducible. The result showed that the method is suitable for the quantitative determination of metronidazole in gargle metronidazole.
