摘要
目的比较间变型脑膜瘤与非典型脑膜瘤MRI征象。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的20例间变型脑膜瘤与30例非典型脑膜瘤的MRI资料,比较两种脑膜瘤的MRI征象。结果间变型脑膜瘤与非典型脑膜瘤相比,肿瘤分叶征、坏死囊变、瘤周水肿及瘤脑界面模糊4项差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);肿瘤出血、强化均匀性、脑膜尾征及邻近骨质改变4项差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论间变型脑膜瘤与非典型脑膜瘤MRI征象存在差异,有助于鉴别诊断。
Objective To investigate the differences of MRI features of anaplastic meningioma and atypical meningioma. Methods MRI data of 20 anaplastic meningioma cases and 30 atypical meningioma cases confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed, and MRI signs of the two tumors were compared. Results MRI features, such as lobulated signs, necrosis and cystic change, peritumoral edema, fuzzy of brain-tumor interface were significantly different between anaplastic meningioma and atypical meningioma （all P〈0. 05）. There was no difference of hemorrhage, homogenous enhancement of the tumor, dural tail sign, adjacent bone change between the two tumors （all P〉0.05）. Conclusion MRI signs of anaplastic meningioma and atypical meningioma are different, therefore being helpful to differential diagnosis.
