摘要
脑膜瘤是中枢神经系统发病率位居第2位的原发性肿瘤,其临床表现多样,并与病变部位密切相关;WHO(2007)中枢系统肿瘤分类方法将脑膜瘤的分级、分型做了进一步修改;影像学的发展提供了脑膜瘤术前检查及治疗后随访的新思路;手术治疗仍是脑膜瘤治疗的主要手段,但手术观念已由积极追求肿瘤全切除向更好的术后神经功能保护方面发展;新的放射治疗技术、设备的出现为脑膜瘤治疗提供了更安全有效的治疗方法;脑膜瘤的化疗及生物靶向治疗则需要更多的临床实践和总结。
Meningioma,characterized by various clinical symptoms and close-related with the lesion site,is the second-rank primary tumor in central nervous system.There are further modifications to meningioma in the 2007 WHO classification of the central nervous system tumors.The developed imaging method provides new ideas for preoperative examination and treatment follow-up.Surgical treatment still has been a major means of meningioma treatment,but the concept has been changed,from actively pursuing the total resection of tumor to the better protection of nerve function after surgery.The emergence of new radiation therapy technology and equipment provides more safe and effective treatment,while the chemotherapy and biological targeted therapy of meningioma requires more clinical practices and summarizations.
