人脑膜瘤bFGF的表达与血管生成和细胞增殖能力的关系

摘要 目的 :探讨人脑膜瘤碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (b FGF)的表达与肿瘤血管生成和细胞增殖能力的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法检测了 3 8例脑膜瘤组织 b FGF表达 ,分析其与肿瘤微血管形成及细胞增殖能力的关系。结果 :b FGF阳性表达率和表达强度在良性、非典型和间变型脑膜瘤间均无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。良性与非典型脑膜瘤微血管密度 (MVD)值差异不显著 ,而间变型脑膜瘤 MVD值明显高于前二者 (P<0 .0 1 )。 b FGF表达阳性与表达阴性肿瘤的 MVD值差异无显著意义。三类脑膜瘤 b FGF表达分值与 MVD值及与 PCNA LI均不相关 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :未发现脑膜瘤 b FGF表达与血管生成存在明显的关系 ,在脑膜瘤血管生成和细胞增殖能力中 b Objective: To investigate relationship between the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and both angiogenesis and cell proliferative potential in human meningiomas. Methods: bFGF expression, vascularization and tumor cell proliferative potential were analyzed in 38 specimens of human meningioma (14 bening, 12 atypical and 12 anaplastic) using immunohistochemistry. Results: There was no significant difference in bFGF positive expression rates and bFGF expression intensities between benign and atypical meningioma or atypical and anaplastic meningiomas ( P >0.05). No significant difference in microvessel density (MVD) was detected between benign and atypical meningiomas, whereas MVD in anaplastic tumors was markedly higher than that in benign or atypical tumors ( P <0.01). The difference in MVD was not significant between bFGF positive and bFGF negative tumors( P >0.05). The expression of bFGF in meningioma tissues was not correlated with both MVD and proliferating cell nuclear antigen labeling index (PCNA LI) ( P >0.05). Conclusion: No relationship was found between bFGF expression and meningioma vascularity. It is no evident for bFGF to be related with agionesis and cell proliferation of meringioma.
