摘要
中国现行失业保险制度中的企业缴费机制存在明显缺陷,是政府与企业的利益博弈关系使然。通过构建失业保险费征缴中的政府与企业博弈模型以及企业缴纳失业保险费的完全而不完美信息动态博弈模型并进行分析,得出政府应积极探索失业保险缴费制度创新,放大失业保险缴费机制的激励效应,从而更好地发挥失业保险制度的应有功能。
The enterprise payment mechanism in China＇s current unemployment insurance system has obvious defect. Through constructing and analyzing the unemployment insurance fee collection game model between government and enterprise and enterprise pay unemployment insurance complete and imperfect information dynamic game model, the government should actively explore the unemployment insurance system innovation, develop better thereby function.
