摘要
促进充分就业是我国经济、社会发展的重大目标之一。在不同的发展阶段,宜采取不同的模式促进充分就业。增加社会总供求,发展基础产业,开拓国内外市场,创新产品和服务,依靠科技进步,发展新兴产业和缩短法定劳动时间,适当降低劳动效率,腾出部分劳动空间等都是促进就业的有效途径。
Employment is important for people＇ s livelihood. Promoting full employment is one of the major goals of country＇ s economic policy. In different stages, the government should adopt the corresponding models to accomplish full employment, including increasing the total social supply and demands, enlarging basic industry, widening the domestic and foreign markets, innovating products and services, relying on scientific and technological progress, encouraging new industries and shortening the legal work time, decreasing labor efficiency to make part of the work space, etc.
