计算思维与应用能力融合的IT人才培养模式研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着物联网的发展与广泛应用,社会对IT人才内涵的需求也在变化,该研究以计算思维为基础,培养IT人才的创新精神与应用能力,满足了物联网的多学科集成创新与应用的本质需求。按照计算思维发展规律及在教学活动的各环节的地位、作用及相互之间的内在联系,通过在主干课程中形成互相衔接,彼此连续的教学体系,并贯穿于教学全过程。在已有应用型人才培养方案基础上进行完善与梳理,设计一套以计算思维培养为基础,以创新与应用能力培养为目标的计算机科学与技术专业人才培养方案。通过实践,促进了学生的计算思维、创新精神与应用能力培养,提高了学生的综合素质。 With the development and connotation of social demand for IT talents the widespread application of Internet of things (IoT), the also changes. Based on computational thinking, the study aims to cultivate IT talents' innovative spirit and application ability in order to meet the demand of muhidisciplinary integrated innovation and application of loT. According to the development law of computational thinking and its status and function in every link of teaching activities as well as their interrelationship, a teaching system that joins each other and continues in the main courses is constructed, and runs through the whole process of teaching. After perfecting and coordinating the existing application talents training plan, a talents training scheme for computer science and technology specialty based on fostering computational thinking and aiming at training innovation and application ability has been established. Through practice, the students' computational have been enhanced, and their comprehensive quality has thinking, innovative spirit and application ability been improved.
