摘要
目前高等教育以专业基础知识的灌输为主要教学方式,理论与实践脱离,使学生在接受理论时十分吃力,教学效果事倍功半,不利于培养创新型人才。本文结合教学实践,构建了基于学科交叉和学科集成的实验教学方法,具体介绍了在梯队建设、教学体系、课程建设和教材建设等方面所做的工作。通过近几年的实践与探索,该教学方法在培养创新型、综合型人才方面具有很好的效果。
The higher education teach the students more about professional basic knowledge at present,theory is far from practice,which makes it hard to understand for students,duplicating the efforts of teaching effectiveness,and hindering the cultivation of creative talents.The paper constructs the method of experiment teaching based on disciplines crossing and integration according on the teach practice,introduces some jobs on echelon building,teaching system,courses construct,and teaching material writing in detail.Through the practice and research these years,this teaching method produces very good results in cultivating innovative and integrated talents.
