摘要
目的：探讨围术期全期护理在肛肠外科手术中的应用效果。方法将100例择期手术的肛肠疾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用全期护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组在健康知识水平、自我概念、自我责任感等自我护理能力方面得分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组的术后肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、住院时间均短于对照组，术后焦虑评分、疼痛评分低于对照组，术后并发症少于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论全期护理可使整个围术期护理过程无缝隙，有效提高护理质量，促进患者的康复。
Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative nursing in the patients with anorectal surgery .Methods A total of 100 cases of selective operation patients with anorectal surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group adopted routine nursing care , the observation group adopted perioperative nursing , nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self care ability including health knowledge level , self concept , self responsibility in the ob-servation group were higher than those in the control group with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Postoperative recovery time of bowel sound, defecation time, hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group , the postoperative anxiety score, pain score was lower than those in the control group , postoperative complications was less than that in the control group , nursing satis-faction was higher than that in the control group with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions The perioperative nursing can make the whole process of seamless;effectively improve the nursing quality to promote rehabilitation.
